About the role

Join a fast‑growing startup that is transforming live‑event ticketing. When automated systems fall short, you will step in to ensure fans receive their tickets accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

Manually locate tickets, retrieve buyer information, and execute ticket transfers when automation fails.
File and follow up on support cases with Ticketmaster to resolve technical issues.
Handle calls with marketplace partners to address fulfillment problems.
Guarantee timely delivery of every ticket, with zero exceptions.

Required profile

Organized and detail‑oriented.
Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
Quick and confident with computer tools.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
