Technology Risk & Compliance Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is hiring a Technology Risk & Compliance Senior Associate for its Acceleration Center Buenos Aires. The role supports the AI Trust Manager in helping PwC Canada comply with local, network and external regulations and standards, managing risk assessments and implementing AI trust and safety controls. It sits within global teams and offers hands-on learning and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business, technology and risk teams to promote the responsible adoption and deployment of emerging AI solutions.
• Maintain risk registers, issue tracking and governance documentation to support decisions and regulatory readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance, operational efficiency and risk management.
• Support compliance programs, trust and safety controls, and streamlined risk review and approval processes.
• Carry out risk assessments and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations under supervision, producing reports aligned with the company's AI strategy.
• Keep risk data, governance artifacts and documentation up to date for managed services, ensuring audit readiness.

Required profile

• Oral and written English proficiency.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong interest in AI, technology risk, compliance, governance and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
