Technical Support Specialist – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our internal support team. The role is fully remote and focuses on assisting users of a variety of SaaS, web‑based, and custom‑built platforms, offering a great entry point for early‑career professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for internal SaaS, web applications, blogs, community platforms and access‑related requests.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration, permission and user‑access issues.
• Investigate reported problems, identify root causes and resolve issues within the support scope.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate internal teams.
• Document and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, resolutions and escalation details.
• Communicate with users primarily via Microsoft Teams and email.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical, application or help‑desk support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in a ticket‑based support environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
