Technical Project Manager – Remote Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, remote Technical Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master. You will lead agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution and coordinate delivery across engineering, data and product teams for a fast‑growing e‑commerce software provider.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage sprint backlog, track progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, product) to resolve blockers and align priorities.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support client onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager or similar delivery role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent practical Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, remote‑first startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on clear documentation.

• Jira (or similar project‑management tools such as Linear, Asana).
