Technical Project Manager (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of software, product, hardware and operations initiatives. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will bridge creative ambition with technical execution, ensuring projects launch on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software, product, hardware and operations projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain timelines, roadmaps, dashboards and flag risks early.
• Own and optimise ClickUp as the central project‑management system, creating workflows, templates and reporting structures.
• Develop and roll out scalable PM processes, SOPs and checklists, driving adoption across teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including sales, creative, engineering, fabrication, logistics, finance and vendors.
• Protect project margins by tracking scope changes, change orders, billbacks and logistics costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to build and maintain detailed project plans.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on quality, risk mitigation and profitability.
