Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager you will act as the connective tissue between engineering, product and go‑to‑market teams, ensuring complex, cross‑functional technical programs are delivered on time and drive revenue growth. This fully remote position focuses on large‑scale initiatives in the video advertising space.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional engineering programs, from conception through launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define scope, track progress, and manage timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and market teams to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Monitor program health, report status to stakeholders, and ensure delivery meets quality and business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a large engineering organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Proven ability to solve problems, make sophisticated trade‑offs, and learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• English proficiency at C1+/C2 level.
