Technical Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross‑functional technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Platform and Engineering teams. The role combines strong communication, technical understanding and project leadership to drive programs from planning through delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and business stakeholders to track dependencies, blockers and overall program progress.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams and support agile delivery practices.
• Prepare status reports, KPIs and project updates for leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management or related roles.
• Proven experience working with Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud or Software Engineering teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
