Technical Implementation Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to own end‑to‑end onboarding of enterprise customers onto our SaaS platform. The role is fully remote and combines hands‑on infrastructure work with close collaboration with product and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise implementations from kickoff through full platform adoption, driving speed and quality.
• Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting and automation policies directly within customer environments.
• Set up and tune systems across monitoring and RMM tooling with deep hands‑on expertise.
• Troubleshoot network, security and infrastructure issues alongside customers.
• Script and automate implementation workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Act as the technical translator between customers and the product team, feeding feedback into product improvements.
• Build and continuously refine a repeatable implementation playbook that scales across the customer base.

Required profile

• Background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or corporate IT administration.
• Proven ability to move fast, solve problems directly and communicate fluently about networks, security and systems.
• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
