Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

OneClick Code is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across its Product Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Acquisition teams. The role focuses on execution, delivery predictability, reporting, risk management, and release readiness, while collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives for multiple technical squads.
• Ensure Scrum processes are consistently applied and continuously improved.
• Monitor sprint execution, track commitments, and report on velocity, burn‑down, and blocked items.
• Produce sprint‑level and epic‑level reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate release readiness, tracking features, enablers, and bugs across teams.
• Provide clear operational visibility to engineering and product leadership.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with the ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Experience managing Agile delivery in multi‑disciplinary technical environments.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and act as a central coordination point.
