Talent Team Coordinator – Supervising Associate

About the role

The Supervising Associate Talent Team Coordinator partners with Talent Consultants and leadership to oversee employee life‑cycle activities, guide coordinators and ensure high‑quality service delivery across the Talent Enablement Center.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Talent Team Coordinators, set priorities, monitor workloads and reinforce procedures.
• Coordinate employee life‑cycle processes such as performance management, promotions, variable pay, orientation, surveys and separations.
• Coach team members, deliver real‑time feedback, support development planning and act as a trusted escalation point.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hires, manage documentation, system readiness and integration.
• Oversee accurate transaction processing, documentation and system updates in SuccessFactors and other HR tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in HR operations, shared services or talent coordination.
• Strong client‑service orientation with ability to lead through influence and build trust in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, capable of interacting with senior Talent leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
