Project Manager - Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO)

About the role

The Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) seeks a proactive Project Manager to drive execution of strategic workforce transformation initiatives. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects stay aligned, on track, and deliver intended outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate governance processes, including status reporting, steering committee preparation, decision tracking, and action item management.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, talent, technology, and transformation teams, leading working sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to keep projects on schedule.
• Support leadership presentations, project reviews, and program reporting activities.
• Improve project management practices, templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms for consistency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in project or program management, business operations, transformation, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
