Talent Partner (Recruiter) – LATAM/US

About the role

Reap, a fast‑growing fintech, is looking for a Talent Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting across its LATAM and US markets. You will work closely with hiring managers, shape sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in a dynamic, multi‑market environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of roles across Latin America and the United States.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing plans, and interview processes.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, local communities and inbound channels, building robust pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and screens in Spanish, Portuguese and/or English.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track funnel metrics and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Advise managers on market conditions, realistic timelines and compensation expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within LATAM/US markets.
• Strong knowledge of regional talent landscapes, hiring norms and compensation trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, multi‑time‑zone environment.
