About the role

Lateral is seeking exceptional software engineers, architects, or machine‑learning practitioners for its Talent Fast Track program in Latin America. You will own challenging problems end‑to‑end, shape product decisions, and work directly with high‑performing peers without layers of bureaucracy.

Key responsibilities

Identify and own complex, ambiguous technical problems.
Think at the system level while executing detailed implementations.
Ask critical questions early and move forward without perfect information.
Deliver high‑quality digital products on time and on budget.
Elevate the craft of teammates by setting high standards.

Required profile

Proven track record of owning and delivering difficult technical initiatives.
Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments.
Self‑directed and able to thrive without constant direction.
Passionate about craftsmanship and avoiding mediocre outcomes.
