Talent Community Product Owner (Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a Talent Community Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of its Talent Community platform. This remote position focuses on improving the portal experience and the journeys of candidates and staffers, ensuring high‑quality placements and career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Talent Community strategy into clear product goals, success metrics, and backlog priorities.
• Maintain a transparent backlog and roadmap, prioritizing items by value, effort, risk, and dependencies.
• Facilitate the Talent Community Committee cadence for intake, prioritization, decision‑making, escalation, and dependency management.
• Publish outcome readouts tied to KPIs and experiments, using insights to re‑prioritize work.
• Define “ready” work by creating user stories and acceptance criteria for features, enhancements, and workflows.
• Partner with cross‑functional owners to clarify scope, manage trade‑offs, and ship high‑quality iterations.
• Represent candidate and staffer perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement using feedback and performance data, running pilots or A/B tests as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role with full backlog ownership.
• Proven ability to define success metrics (KPIs) and use performance insights to adjust roadmaps.
• Experience with experimentation and measurement techniques such as A/B testing.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholder management.
