Talent Attraction Recruiter – Global Delivery Services

About the role

As a Talent Attraction Recruiter within EY Global Delivery Services, you will partner directly with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates to build a pipeline of high‑quality talent for contractor and full‑time positions. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting EY’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract contractors and experienced hires for a specific service line or region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver results.
• Source, assess and recommend talent using inclusive and creative techniques, including social media and AI‑driven tools.
• Coordinate local and national recruiting events and integrate EY’s brand into all outreach activities.
• Act as a change agent for new recruitment technologies, tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, policy and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage analytics to monitor recruitment trends and make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in professional/financial services, corporate or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for contractor and permanent roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools, analytics and social media for talent acquisition.
