Talent Acquisition Support Analyst

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Talent Acquisition Support Analyst. You will help attract and select top talent that aligns with PwC’s values, working closely with internal firm services, advisory, assurance, tax and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment by sourcing, screening and selecting candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and streamline processes using applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve practices.
• Engage with universities and campus programs to boost placement initiatives.
• Implement recruitment marketing tactics to raise employer brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of information security and data protection practices.
