Talent Acquisition Support Analyst

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Talent Acquisition Support Analyst. You will work closely with global advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams to attract and select top talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements based on business requirements.
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring teams to define role profiles.
• Review HireVue recorded interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, providing operational and administrative support throughout the process.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate information management and ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong oral and written English proficiency.
• French language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HireVue interview platform.
• Knowledge of information security principles.
• Understanding of data protection regulations.
