Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

StaffRight is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage, and assess top talent across multiple industries. You will work remotely from the Philippines while aligning with US time zones, supporting our fast‑growing global staffing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.PH, Jobstreet, Facebook, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Update candidate records and hiring activity in the ATS.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding handoffs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work US graveyard shift and start within two weeks of offer.
• Own laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headphones, webcam and reliable internet (≥50 Mbps).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS tools.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and external job board usage.
• Time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
