Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of active client roles, working remotely with a fast‑moving, AI‑native team. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment lead and clients, using internal tools to source, screen and place candidates across LatAm and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Utilise AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, candidate communication and screening.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in Latin America and South Africa.
• Keep cost and salary calculators and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date.
• Proactively communicate status to clients and candidates and flag process bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in‑house).
• Fluent daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High ownership, startup‑native mindset and proactive communication style.
