Talent Acquisition Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Breakmark is a people architecture firm that helps high-growth startups and scaleups build strong teams, and partners with technology companies in fintech, AI, SaaS, marketplaces and more. It is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for client engagements across regions and functions, working with founders, executives, hiring managers and candidates. The position is fully remote and requires fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer acceptance, including intake meetings with hiring managers and sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, operational and leadership roles
• Source and engage passive candidates, screen them and coordinate interviews while maintaining a great candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiations and support successful closings
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, giving market insights, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks and hiring recommendations, and helping improve their hiring processes
• Maintain accurate data in ATS platforms, prepare candidate reports and interview summaries, track hiring metrics and pipeline performance, and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes

Required profile

• About 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search or recruitment consulting
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently, hiring for technology, startup, fintech, SaaS, AI or high-growth environments, and hiring technical talent
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, able to handle several searches at once
• Preferred: experience across multiple countries, in an agency, executive search, RPO or consulting environment, and hiring for software engineers, product managers, data professionals and GTM roles
• Candidates must be based in Argentina, Colombia or Panama
