Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Commission-Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission-only role you will introduce our AI-powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR, recruiting and decision-making contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution integrates into existing hiring workflows and address questions from prospects.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each client that signs up and for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self-starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
