About the role

Air Liquide is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring a positive experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

Identify, attract and select qualified candidates for open roles.
Research labor market trends to shape recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop sourcing plans.
Manage the candidate journey from screening through onboarding.
Support special projects such as trainee programs, internships and diversity initiatives.
Use analytics tools to monitor recruitment metrics and provide data‑driven insights.
Promote Air Liquide’s employer brand at job fairs and networking events.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
Professional proficiency in English.
