Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate AI training environments. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and build financial models or market analyses.
• Experience delivering client‑ready presentations under tight deadlines and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
