Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop

About the role

Webflow is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its end‑to‑end deployment strategy, driving faster, more reliable software delivery for a remote‑first engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the deployment strategy from CI pipelines to production rollout, using GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts.
• Design and implement progressive delivery mechanisms (canary, blue/green, feature flags, automated rollback) to improve reliability and developer velocity.
• Set technical direction across teams, guiding architecture decisions, CI/CD best practices, and environment management.
• Build and evolve internal tooling for testing and deployment workflows, and ensure strong observability, monitoring, and incident‑driven improvements.
• Mentor engineers, influence cross‑team collaboration, and act as a force multiplier through technical leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven ability to design and scale CI/CD systems for large engineering organizations.
• Strong track record of improving developer velocity, reliability, and system scalability.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
