Staff Accountant

About the role

Curvion Blue is seeking a Staff Accountant to own day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment. The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage complex financial activity across multiple companies, brands, and revenue relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, timely, and well‑documented financial records across the organization.
• Process and reconcile high‑volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, and sales commission calculations.
• Administer payroll and commission schedules, credit‑card expenses, cash, and banking activities.
• Perform month‑end close activities and support financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑volume accounting across multiple entities, customers, or vendors.
• Experience with sales commissions, variable compensation, or commission reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of transactional data and investigating discrepancies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to flag issues and request information promptly.
