Sr Associate, Paid Social

About the role

The Sr Associate, Paid Social will support the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina by managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for agency clients. You will be involved in strategy, setup, daily monitoring, reporting and billing reconciliation to ensure high‑quality service and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Set up campaigns, perform quality control and data QA checks.
• Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, issue orders and reconcile billing.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze results and provide optimization recommendations.
• Review client data to improve campaign outcomes and supervise junior team members when needed.
• Collaborate with agency data teams for analysis and client presentations, and maintain communication with other media channel teams.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads platform and familiarity with other paid social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of performance‑marketing concepts and ability to handle large data sets in Excel.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
