Project Management Sr Associate

About the role

This is an opportunity for an organized, detail‑oriented Senior Associate in Project Management to support the delivery of digital marketing projects within Dentsu Argentina’s offshore team. You will work closely with project managers and account teams across SEO, Paid Search and other digital channels, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders are well‑informed.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers with day‑to‑day coordination across digital marketing projects.
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers and shared documentation.
• Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and distribute follow‑ups.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals and open action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates and ensure accurate project information.
• Prepare and update project status reports for review by managers and account leads.
• Assist with organizing project materials, client feedback, files and documentation in shared systems.
• Escalate risks, blockers or timeline changes to the project manager in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, administrative support or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under guidance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Interest in developing project management skills within a PMO or operations team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Search, Display, Social or Analytics.
