Specialized Talent Sourcer

About the role

The Specialized Talent Sourcer will identify and attract top candidates with niche skill sets for Cielo’s US‑market clients, focusing on pharmaceutical sales, R&D and life‑science roles. This fully remote position is based in Argentina with occasional onsite visits in Buenos Aires.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Post job adverts on specialized boards, process applications promptly, and use online platforms, social media and networking to find qualified candidates.
• Implement creative attraction tactics such as mobile/email campaigns, cold calling and recruitment marketing to build talent communities.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability to inform sourcing plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the sourcing process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market, preferably in pharmaceutical sales, R&D or life sciences.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Successful completion of Cielo’s Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to perform basic Boolean searches and other sourcing methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate outreach.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
