About the role
Cielo is seeking a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator to support the talent acquisition process through pre‑hire and post‑hire activities. The role is remote with a hybrid schedule for candidates based in Buenos Aires.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes, including phone screening and scheduling.
- Update candidate statuses in ATS and other proprietary systems.
- Execute offer letters, coordinate background, medical, and reference checks.
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities and maintain recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Talent Administrator or Coordinator.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work.
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
