Specialized Recruitment Consultant – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Specialized Recruitment Consultant to lead full‑cycle hiring for hard‑to‑fill and niche positions. The role is based on‑site in Argentina and requires a proactive talent acquisition professional who can partner with hiring managers and deliver top talent in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and generate recruitment metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
