Spanish-Speaking Telemarketing Representative (Remote)

About the role

eTeacher Group is seeking enthusiastic Spanish‑speaking Telemarketing Representatives to join our global sales team. You will work remotely from a home office, contacting prospective customers across Spanish‑speaking markets and promoting our live online education platform.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and engage prospects in both Spanish and English.
• Present eTeacher Group’s courses, answer questions, and address objections professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of customer service throughout each interaction.
• Log interactions and update prospect information in the company’s CRM system.
• Meet weekly shift requirements, including flexible morning and evening schedules, with availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker (mandatory).
• High proficiency in English (strong advantage).
• Proven sales or telemarketing experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
• Technical orientation with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable home‑office setup: quiet environment, high‑speed internet, and webcam availability.
• Availability for five shifts per week, including weekends.
