Spanish & English Content Moderator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Content Moderator to join our global gaming team. You will help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for players on our flagship social gaming platform, WePlay, by reviewing user‑generated content and addressing community concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Review Spanish‑language text and audio content quickly and accurately according to established guidelines.
• Document and summarize user violations and other issues to refine moderation standards.
• Gather feedback from local players and work with Customer Service and PR to improve the game’s social atmosphere.
• Respond to daily player inquiries and in‑game issues, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Collect, summarize, and relay user suggestions and problem reports to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to strengthen player relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Spanish‑language customer service or content moderation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for the gaming industry with a strong user‑service mindset.
• Highly responsible, team‑oriented, and able to follow assigned tasks.
