Sourcer – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcer to join our UK/EU recruitment team, operating remotely from Buenos Aires. The role focuses on building talent pipelines for technical and scientific equipment companies serving healthcare, research, and academic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and research to identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain pipelines using Boolean searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal databases.
• Accurately record candidate data, notes and activity in internal systems.
• Refresh mapped markets regularly to ensure data relevance.
• Execute written outreach across LinkedIn, email and job boards using approved messaging frameworks.
• Manage follow‑ups, qualify candidate interest and schedule calls for handover to recruiters.

Required profile

• Research‑driven and process‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written communication skills for high‑volume outreach.
• Ability to progress through defined sourcing levels.
• Residency in Latin America and fluency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
