Solutions Engineer – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our remote team in Argentina. You will work closely with Pre‑Sales, client‑facing, Product and Engineering teams to design, build and deliver cloud‑native solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Pre‑Sales and client teams to gather technical requirements and business needs.
• Analyse root causes and create integrations, automations, and product improvements.
• Design and implement solutions across Azure cloud, infrastructure, scripting and application layers.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell and Bash.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes and cloud‑based solutions.
• Use Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps for source control and release management.
• Design and integrate APIs and platform‑based solutions in complex environments.
• Deliver working solutions in short development cycles and contribute to production codebases.
• Document technical solutions, runbooks and lessons learned.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and deliver in short iteration cycles.
• Experience collaborating with clients, Pre‑Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
