Solution Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join Usercentrics’ Solution Engineering team in Buenos Aires. In this hybrid position you will translate customers’ and partners’ business challenges into scalable technical solutions across the full commercial lifecycle, from pre‑sales support to onboarding, implementation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Executives during the sales cycle with technical discovery, solution design and demos for CMP opportunities.
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring smooth go‑live and time‑to‑value.
• Partner with Customer Success to diagnose and resolve technical issues that could affect renewals.
• Design and deliver solution architectures that can be scaled across thousands of customers.
• Provide technical expertise for partner integrations, test and validate API‑based solutions, and create enablement resources.
• Own technical responses to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires, collaborating with Legal and Product teams.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to solve product, design and integration challenges and feed feedback to Product Management and Engineering.

Required profile

• Software engineering background, either self‑taught or through formal education.
• At least 2 years of experience writing and deploying production‑grade code that delivers business value.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including C‑level contacts.
