Solution Architect – Medical Affairs & Digital Transformation

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions that support medical affairs and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and innovative architectures that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and guidance for low‑code/no‑code medical affairs solutions.
• Advise on multi‑channel orchestration strategies across CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms.
• Review consent‑management practices for medical data and communications.
• Evaluate and guide data platform, reporting tool, and NLP service architectures.
• Design integration approaches for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct external SaaS architecture reviews to ensure compliance and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or architect position, leading a team of 5+ members.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher).
