Software Engineer, Platform Experience

About the role

As a Software Engineer focused on Platform Experience, you will own the toughest production problems our customers encounter. You will work directly with customers to diagnose issues, resolve them quickly, and build automated solutions that prevent recurrence.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and fix production incidents such as failing webhooks, mis‑filled parameters, and unreconciled reports.
• Communicate with customers in real time, including phone calls, to understand root causes.
• Develop automation and tooling that eliminates repeat issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.
• Document findings and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset; can trace a vague symptom to its root cause.
• Enjoys direct customer interaction and sees it as leverage, not a chore.
• Passionate about building automation that scales.
• Comfortable working in a fully distributed, fast‑paced environment.
