Software Engineer in Test – Automation & CI/CD

About the role

As a Software Engineer in Test at FORM, you will shape the testing infrastructure and release pipelines for the GoSpotCheck image-recognition platform. You will work within an Agile team to deliver reliable, high-quality features that scale across thousands of mobile workers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks covering unit, integration, end-to-end and performance testing.
• Create and optimise CI/CD pipelines and release automation for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Develop and manage testing infrastructure for event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Evaluate, integrate and champion the latest testing tools and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and QA to continuously improve testing practices and product quality.
• Provide mentorship and share insights on test coverage and pipeline reliability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on test automation, CI/CD or release management.
• Hands-on experience implementing automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E, load/performance) in event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture.
