Software Engineer – Full‑Stack (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Sela is seeking a full‑stack Software Engineer to design, build, and ship applications for its cloud‑focused clients. The position is remote, based in Argentina, and primarily involves backend work in Python and frontend development with React.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development, from design through production.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code for both backend (Python) and frontend (React) components.
• Collaborate with network architects, cloud architects, and security engineers on high‑impact projects.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment workflows.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to meet evolving client requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of professional software engineering experience or a strong public portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in Argentina and able to work primarily on Eastern Time.
