Software Engineer - AI Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with deep expertise in LLM prompting, orchestration, and software engineering to design and implement systems that coordinate large language models with real‑world tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Build LLM‑powered software by designing prompt flows and orchestrations that ensure high performance with no false positives.
• Architect and build a production‑grade, testable, and maintainable AI‑powered software stack.
• Design experiments and evaluation frameworks for performance testing at scale and conduct data analysis.
• Collaborate with AI, security, frontend, and backend teams to create end‑to‑end systems.
• Own projects from ideation through deployment and production monitoring.
• Continuously research advancements in LLMs to improve system speed and quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience building software around LLMs, including prompting, agentic orchestration, fault‑tolerance, and integration with hard‑coded logic.
• Solid software engineering skills for architecting production‑grade, reliable, maintainable systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Independent problem‑solver comfortable with incomplete information and rapid hypothesis testing.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to own projects in a fast‑moving, research‑driven environment.
• MSc or equivalent in computer science, math, physics, or machine learning (or higher).
