Azure Cloud Engineer

About the role

Netrix Global is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement and support Microsoft Azure solutions for enterprise workloads. The role focuses on cloud‑native platforms, infrastructure automation, DevOps practices and security within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, operate and support Azure infrastructure, including AKS, Azure Virtual Desktop and serverless services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Configure networking components such as VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, Application Gateway and Load Balancers.
• Implement security controls using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.
• Participate in cloud assessments, migrations, modernization projects and technical reviews.

Required profile

• Strong experience with core Azure services and enterprise‑scale landing zones.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, governance and monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS) and cloud‑native application architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
