About the role
Designs and develops software solutions, applying general domain knowledge and specialized business experience. Works under regular supervision while analyzing user requirements and making decisions within defined parameters.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and develops software solutions across the full application stack, including front‑end UI and back‑end services.
- Analyzes user requirements and supports projects of limited complexity, delivering medium‑size system components.
- Reviews complex functional specifications and validation deliverables as assigned.
- Provides peer support and helps onboard new software engineers to the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience developing web applications and MS Dynamics solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and design small to medium system components.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
