Social Media Manager – Storytelling Associate

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to craft and amplify the brand’s story across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms. The role blends healthcare storytelling with cutting‑edge AI tools to produce engaging, on‑brand content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for short‑form video and visual posts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and related channels.
• Create on‑brand graphics, carousels, and educational assets using Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express and Figma AI.
• Design lightweight web‑based content experiences (landing pages, microsites, patient story galleries) with Replit AI.
• Produce, edit and enhance short‑form video using CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen or Descript, adding captions, voice‑overs and visual effects.
• Maintain a consistent Canva Brand Kit and visual guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with major social platforms and trends.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Passion for healthcare storytelling and ability to translate clinical content into engaging social media formats.
