Social Media Manager (Remote – South America, Argentina preferred)

About the role

AAMP Agency is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead content creation, platform management, and audience engagement for travel brands across South America. The role is fully remote, requires availability during U.S. business hours, and involves regular client interaction in fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Source and curate on‑brand visual assets.
• Manage and grow client accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
• Develop and maintain posting schedules using Cloud Campaign, Hootsuite, or comparable platforms.
• Adapt tone and style to each client’s brand voice and create compelling captions, hashtags, and calls‑to‑action.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content ideation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor platform trends, memes, and audio cues to keep content fresh.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on analytics.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable communicating with clients via email, messaging, and occasional video calls.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and trend awareness.
