Social Media Manager – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Seattle Sustainable Landscapes is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead its digital storytelling efforts across multiple platforms. This full‑time remote role is open to candidates located in Latin America and focuses on building a long‑term content and brand strategy for a fast‑growing landscaping company.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write captions, manage hashtags, and maintain content calendars.
• Coordinate with field teams to collect job‑site photos, before‑and‑after images, videos, and behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Edit short‑form videos, create reels, stories, and simple graphics, and resize content for each platform.
• Support recruiting marketing, blog promotion, and SEO content distribution.
• Track engagement metrics, generate regular performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, based in Latin America.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and sustainable landscaping.
