About the role
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that boost brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. This strategic leader will guide content initiatives, collaborate across teams, and translate business objectives into high‑performing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Define brand vision, content pillars, tone of voice, and editorial direction across platforms.
- Lead content planning and manage campaigns from concept to publication.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, community managers, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Monitor performance, optimize strategies using audience insights and platform analytics.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new content opportunities.
- Manage publishing schedules to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal and external partners.
- Oversee reporting and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Align organic and paid social strategies with Paid Media teams.
- Support influencer partnerships, community initiatives, and brand collaborations.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and content performance through testing and innovation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Content Strategy.
- Proven track record of developing successful organic social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative storytelling and branding expertise.
Required skills
- Social media management tools: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer.
- Analytics platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Design.
- Canva.
- Figma (optional).
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position, 9am‑5pm PST Monday‑Friday.
- 25 days PTO per year.
