Social Media Manager (Digital Culture Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Culture Architect to own and amplify our brand’s voice across all social platforms. This fully remote position demands a fast‑moving creator who can generate viral content loops, experiment with narratives, and keep the brand at the forefront of Web3 and internet culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of social channels, turning product launches and ecosystem updates into platform‑native content.
• Script, design, and ship high‑velocity assets such as text threads, memes, and short‑form multimedia.
• Monitor real‑time trends, memes, and industry shifts, executing rapid content pivots to stay in the global conversation.
• Track impressions, engagement, and conversion metrics, turning data into actionable content strategies.
• Maintain a razor‑sharp brand voice across all public touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to align announcements with launch schedules.

Required profile

• Deep fluency in internet‑native culture, social distribution algorithms, and narrative framing.
• Ability to execute quickly using modern creative toolkits.
• Availability to monitor and publish content seven days a week, including weekends.
• Native understanding of the Web3 landscape and digital‑asset community language.
• Highly organized and self‑motivated to manage a multi‑channel publishing matrix.
