Social Media & Influencer Manager

About the role

Yellowpop is seeking a creative, organized, and data‑driven Social Media & Influencer Manager to own its organic social presence and creator partnerships. Reporting directly to the founders, you will shape the brand voice across multiple platforms and drive community growth while generating measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a platform‑specific social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar, turning trends into engaging posts.
• Produce and publish reels, TikToks, stories, carousels, behind‑the‑scenes, product launches, UGC campaigns, and educational content in collaboration with designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Manage community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with followers and creators.
• Own the influencer program end‑to‑end: research, source, negotiate, coordinate gifting and paid collaborations, track deliverables, and analyze performance.
• Report on follower growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, creator ROI, earned media value, and sales attributed to influencer campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years managing social media for consumer or DTC brands.
• Proven experience running influencer campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting ability.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
