Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to independently manage and grow the online presence of a medspa/aesthetics practice. This part‑time, remote position focuses on day‑to‑day execution rather than high‑level strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish consistent content.
• Design simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Run, monitor, and optimize basic Meta paid campaigns.
• Promote seasonal specials, offers, and client testimonials.
• Increase local visibility, community growth, and audience engagement.
• Recommend reasonable ad budgets and track basic ROI.

Required profile

• Strong English language skills.
• Good visual and design sense.
• Highly proactive and comfortable working independently with a non‑technical client.
• Balanced experience across social media execution, light design, and basic paid ads.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tool).
• Meta Ads Manager for basic paid campaigns.
• Instagram account management.
• Facebook page management.
