About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to independently manage and grow the online presence of a medspa/aesthetics practice. This part‑time, remote position focuses on day‑to‑day execution rather than high‑level strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish consistent content.
- Design simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Run, monitor, and optimize basic Meta paid campaigns.
- Promote seasonal specials, offers, and client testimonials.
- Increase local visibility, community growth, and audience engagement.
- Recommend reasonable ad budgets and track basic ROI.
Required profile
- Strong English language skills.
- Good visual and design sense.
- Highly proactive and comfortable working independently with a non‑technical client.
- Balanced experience across social media execution, light design, and basic paid ads.
Required skills
- Canva (or similar graphic design tool).
- Meta Ads Manager for basic paid campaigns.
- Instagram account management.
- Facebook page management.
What we offer
- Remote work with flexible hours (5–10 hrs/week initially).
- Hourly compensation of $12 USD.
