Social Media Creator for B2B Lead Generation Funnels

About the role

Redwerk, a software development company serving US and international markets, is seeking a hands‑on Social Media Creator to own the end‑to‑end execution of its B2B lead‑generation efforts. The role focuses on building daily visibility on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok while turning social interactions into qualified inbound leads for the company and its CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies that drive lead generation across primary platforms.
• Create, script, produce and publish at least one post per day on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage and grow the CEO’s professional LinkedIn presence, positioning him as an authority in IT outsourcing.
• Produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video) aligned with B2B messaging.
• Develop compelling CTAs, hooks and content formats that encourage engagement and inbound inquiries.
• Track performance metrics tied to reach, engagement and lead signals, and continuously optimise content based on analytics.
• Leverage AI tools to scale ideation and production workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech, IT outsourcing or SaaS.
• Proven track record of generating qualified inbound leads through social platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn and strong short‑form video creation skills for TikTok and Reels.
• Experience building executive personal brands and delivering high‑volume content consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams.
